Our Young Professional program
Kickstart your career through our IT Young Professional Program. We offer recent graduates the opportunity to gain valuable experience in IT and the value chain of Orkla. You’ll work closely with the business, our IT professionals, training in project management and IT methodology, and make international contacts through projects. The program includes a social environment with other IT Young Professionals and mentorship. If you are a master student interested in technology, digitalization, sustainability, and business, we believe this is a good fit for you.
